Africa - Highland Park opened late in 2009 and is licensed for up to 150 guests, with a restaurant layout inside (except during parties and functions) and a superb, extensive outdoor area featuring 6 thatched gazebos with individual heaters and a rainproof awning.
Our a la carte menu has a wide range of meals and prices, but with an emphasis on substantial, wholesome food. We're not shy about serving protein! Steaks, ribs and burgers are a speciality. All meals are prepared from fresh New Zealand produce by Africa Head Chef Andy Chapman and his team at Highland Park, including chefs Rupert Morton and Duncan Blair. Most menu items are available to take away.
