All our breads are handmade, organic sourdough breads. We use only the best organic ingredients, sourced from local New Zealand producers where possible. Organic flours are free from pesticides and insecticides and we don't use any additives or preservatives in our baking. This insures that the natural yeasts and lactic bacteria in the sourdough can do their job to their best potential and are not inhibited by pesticide residues.
We believe that organic food is not only much better for you and your family, but eating organically grown foods preserves natural resources and the beauty of the New Zealand countryside, insuring that future generations will be able to enjoy it as much as we do.
