Ive just filled in a jobs application form with PIZZA KING and hoping with all the luck im successful in getting the job. I'm looking at alot of downfalls in the reveiws its not good. I hope in my area of waikato that this aint going to happen so long as im working for pizza king. Your reveiws are very helpful to better the service we'll give in the waikato. I hate bad service and no customer deserves that. So I hope if given a job in our waikato branch i can illuminate negative feedback and make them positive. Pizza King im sure reads your reveiws and needs to really up lift the service. Towards those who added negative feedback. I hope they read this it might better my chances to be emploeyed.

Good never delivered. Already paid for still going through process of refund with dine-in. When contact was made I was rudely spoken to and told its not their problem. Would not recommend at all.

Guessing they ran out of base sauce and decided to make it anyway. Because both pizzas were literally just bread and toppings. Last couple of times have been great but not this time

I came home late and ordered pizza, paid for it with my debit card and everything went through fine (including my money) and yet 2 hours on I have received nothing. I've been trying to ring for the past hour and the phone just rings and won't go through. Extremely pissed off. It's very late and not only am I going to sleep tired, but also hungry. If there was a problem with the order I should have been contacted by now. This is unbelieveably terrible customer service. I hope my money is returned to me, I will never be returning to pizza king. I would rather go hungry than stay up waiting for an order that's never going to arrive.

NO NO NO!!!!
I ordered a couple of takeaway pizzas& sides from this company, to be told I would be called back as there was a terminal issue. 2.5 hours later (after midnight and my husband and I have gone to sleep), I get called asking if I still want the order!?! No apology, no reason given for the delay, nothing. They have gone way down hill, don't event bother!!

These guys ripped us off there is no other way to put it.We ordered delivery and recieved a substandard little burger,smaller than a cheese burger with no cheese.And it cost 15 dollars each.Unfortunately we paid before checking what they'd given us,but they missed out the Beetroot,Avocado and the bun in the box was tiny.This was the worst experience ever.I tried to stop my friend from dealing with them as i have never liked my pizza but we figured who could screw up a burger,seems that was awful value too.Don't bother,stay away,keep your money for another day.

Have had a few less than stellar experiences with Pizza King, which is a shame as initially they seemed so good. Food regularly arrives late so that's to be expected but our order tonight was really not great. Firstly we get a call to tell us that they are out of hotdogs, OK no big deal, sub something else. Then I get a call telling me the driver is outside my door when he wasn't. Apparently he managed to get lost and turn up to the wrong house. So dinner was late, but OK, no big deal, it happens. BUT the "please hold the beetroot" note on my burger was ignored (eewww!), the kumera chips were soggy, and they didn't even bother cutting the pizza into slices - it was one uncut slab. Overall I'm really not overly impressed.
